With the development of Social economic, the advance of urbanization and the limited urban land, it promote the development of urban underground engineering. In the process of urban underground project development, the development of rail transportation is particularly outstanding, our country will have rail transits in the 40 cities, and the line scale will more than 3400 miles. Among them subway construction is the typical representative, it also will be the development trend of urban transportation in the future.Subway station as the most important and complex part of subway lines, which its' involve face so wide, its'construction period so long and investment proportion so big, so the security to the subway construction project is very important. With the current subway station excavation's depth and scale constantly increasing and more and more uncertain factors, the difficulty of excavation engineering is more outstanding. So how to reduce as much as possible of subway station deep excavation engineering's accident has become an issues increasingly urgent need to solve, this makes the risk research of deep excavation engineering will be particularly important. This paper aims to sum up related materials, and on the basis of a subway station excavation in Kunming, then use quantitative risk analysis based on Uniform Test and Nonparametric Regression to carry on the risk research for it, provide some guidance to the engineering of subway station excavation. Main know and conclusion as follows:(1)Summarizes the research results of the causes of excavation accident and collect a number of materials about excavation accident. Get the conclusion of the mistakes in construction link is the main reason of excavation accidents, next is the mistakes in design and survey links. Reduce the mistakes in design and survey links can lower the risk in the construction process and the other links.(2)This paper puts forward a method to calculate Failure probability and analyse the Reliability of excavation based on Uniform Test and Nonparametric Regression. This method is very efficient for quantitative risk analysis in excavation engineering, it mainly used for judging excavation's reliability based on quantitative analysis method, then according to the results for Risk Assessment and Risk Response, finally provide guidance and advice for Subsequent construction link.(3)Based on the efficient method of quantitative risk analysis for excavation engineering in this paper, choose an excavation of subway station in Kunming for an example analysis. Its including summarize the random variables can influence excavation security, ensure the distribution form of random variables and its'calculation interval of Response Surface, based on Uniform test and Nonparametric regression through less numerical experiments structure a Response Surface of between random sample inputs and outputs, finally through the Monte Carlo simulation and interpolation method to calculation the Failure Probability and Reliability Indexes of excavation.
