The goal of the power system optimal operation is safety and economic dispatched. In order to ensure system security and reliable operation, it is particularly important to consider the coordination of economic and security. With new energy power generation and the needs of constructing smart grid network, it is significance for the dispatching to considering the variety of random factors.The common calculated models of security economic dispatch are analysed and compared between the traditional economic dispatch and security economic dispatch. Due to the randomness of modern power system, leading the randomness of wind power output, it's necessary to study the mathematical method about dealing with stochastic problem. The methods of chanced constrained optimaization and CVaR are mainly applied.Using chanced constrained method to depict economic dispatch of wind power, the combination of intelligent algorithm and more intelligent algorithms' combinationis adopted. Large dimension problem is appearedIn this paper, Conditional risky theory is applied to establishthe new operation model of power system with the conditions risky constraint, considering the uncertainties in the new energy power generation and load. The static dispatch problem is considered about one time period in the model. In order to quantify and limit the risk of power system operation, the CVaR of power system'ssecurity is proposed and used as a security constraint in optimal dispatch model with the conditional risk. The conditional risky theory is a unique superior theory in processing random question. The analytic method and Monte Carlo simulation are combined to resolve the problem and be calculated in the model.IEEE30 bus system with new energy power generation shows that the stochastic analysis method proposed is reasonable and effective to calculate and analyze the security economic dispatch.
