This paper established and analyzed the DOF7 model of car ride with the parameters of Ford Granada, and optimized these parameters.Weighted body acceleration, Suspension Working Space, and Dynamic Tire Load are chosen as the comprehensive criterions of car ride, through summarizing the ISO2631 and National Standard. These there parameters are the main context of this paper.First, the DOF7 model of car ride with the parameters of Ford Granada is established, adding two extra DOF of two batteries. Custmized terrain analysis of time domain is done.Second, the DOF2 and DOF7 models of car ride with the parameters of Ford Granada are established. Frequency analysis was done, with the road model given in the paper, and the outcomes of these two models were compared. The accurrcy and reference value are shown.Last, Frequency analysis of DOF7 model was done and the outcomes were optimized, with the road model given in the paper, and time domain analysis was done, with the time domain road model which was generated by the frequency road model, to prove the optimization.
