The key parts of emulsion power pack will show the sign of wear and tear and be damaged, when emulsion power pack works for long time. Safety and reliability will be influenced and production will be impaired when emulsion power pack breakdowns seriously. Therefore, researching the problem of mechanical breakdown in emulsion power pack will help on time expel the breakdown. and avoid bigger dange. This will make emulsion power pack working safely and reliablely.Many mechanical breakdowns are connected with roller bearing. The mechanical breakdown of roller bearing will lead to other mechanical breakdowns. Thereby, the object of study should be the roller bearing of Ex motor in emulsion power pack. We consider that the vibration analysis method should be suitable, according to survey of knowledge-based fault diagnosis methods. The important thing is collecting vibration signals, and subsequent analysis and operation makes perfect sense, if we do this correctly.The object of this task is the roller bearing of Ex motor in emulsion power pack. The key component is C8051F340. C8051F340, piezoelectricity acceleration with IC, signal conditioning and A/D form the whole system that communicates with other system by RS485. The electronic components with the characteristic of low temperature drift, disturbance resistance and high precision are used in systerm and these have a rise in accuracy. This system has some features of maintainability, extendibility and reliability. For operation in the pit, the design of system should fay in with GB3836.4-2000. Paper focuses on the choice of diagnosis methods, the design and implementation of acquisition system, hardware and software design of system, as well as data, waveform and improvement of method.
