As the development of renewable energy source, wind energy has drawn worldwide attention. The small-scale wind-driven genetator is low cost, low energy consumption, non-pollution, diversification of configuration and easy to install and maintenance, it could be used at remote pastures, mountainous areas, islands, frontier sentries, weather stations, and as a landscape installation of street lamps, velocity-measuring system in highway and so on to solve their issues of power, it has a big development perspective.In order to solve the energy bottleneck problem of the wireless sensor network node, this thesis uses a technology which integrates the principle of generator with the vertical axis fan, brings forward a new wind generator and its power management circuit, after a series of analysis, calculation, simulation and experiment, the new wind generator and its power management circuit can give enough electricity for the wireless sensor network node. This thesis mainly covers the following aspects.1. This thesis puts forward a self-powered system of a new wind generator on wireless sensor network node, then introduces the new wind generator, designs its power management circuit, finally after a series of analysis and calculations it shows that the new wind generator and its power management circuit can give enough electricity for the wireless sensor network node.2. In order to reduce the difficulty of building the simulation model and bringing out the practicality, this thesis puts forward a permanent-magnetic fan columniation wind generator, it has the same principle with the new wind generator, but has a improvement at the structure, it takes the same way like the new wind generator to analyse and calculate, then achieves its specific design requirements and its voltage.3. This thesis does the static two-dimensional and three-dimensional electromagnetism simulation of the permanent-magnetic fan columniation wind generator by software ANSYS10.0, obtains the distribution of magnetic line, the magnetic current density vector demonstration chart and node magnetic current density equivalent cloud chart of the permanent-magnetic fan columniation wind generator and so on, makes the electromagnetic theory foundation for the further research and the implementation of the permanent-magnetic fan columniation wind generator.4. This thesis designs the CNC size of the permanent-magnetic fan columniation wind generator, then puts forward a slice of magnetizer wind generator based on the condition of the material procurement, it has many differences with the permanent-magnetic fan columniation wind generator at fan cover and fan base, the thesis carries out the slice of magnetizer wind generator, welds and debugs its power management circuit, finally the experiment shows that the slice of magnetizer wind generator can give enough charging voltage for the power management circuit, and the power management circuit can give the right voltage for the wireless sensor network.
