The Mathematical Model And Study Of Decision-making On Optimal Allocation Of Water Resource Of Shiyang River Basin

The water resource of Shiyang River Basin is serious shortage, ecological environment is very fragile. This idea of sustainable development based on the Shiyang River Basin water resource is optimized configuration. This paper analyzes the optimal allocation of water resource Shiyang current situation and existing problems, establishes optimal allocation of water resource of Shiyang River Basin, the mathematical model uses the analytic hierarchy out of the industry, agriculture, life and ecology of water in the entire the proportion of available water resource, and makes some simulations to obtain the optimal allocation of water resource and Shiyang sustainable economic development of some policy recommendations.
