The power supply system is the core of the various kinds of electronic equipment. The quality and reliability of power supply system directly affect the whole quality of the electronic equipment.This thesis describes the design of a security equipment power supply system. The equipment is required rated output power 170 W power supply. Input is AC220V and DC24V two kinds of distribution mode. The equipment used in ships and other undersurface environment. The use of the equipment must be through the GJB151A-97 of CE101 tests. The design of power design if not increase power factor correction circuit, the typical values of power factor is 0.6 and will return to power grid of harmonic .Then it can't meet the feedback requirement. Existing mature market, less than 1000W the following finished module usually do not have integrated PFC correction circuit, so the only way is to make their own design.There are three basic DC/DC power conversion circuit topological structures: Buck, Boost and Buck-Boost. Other circuit through the three basic circuits transform from basic circuits. This paper first analyses DC/DC switch power supply, the working principle of the system is discussed, and the conversion of different topology structures of the circuit application characteristics are compared.PFC power factor correction circuit form can be divided according to passive and active circuit PFC circuit (also known as APFC circuit).Used in modern power is the main active PFC correction circuit. In this paper, the active power factor correction circuit and the working principle of the system, and also to different control mode of active power factor correction power for the analysis and application characteristics are analyzed.Frequency conversion control (PWM) technology because of its integrated control circuit, peripheral devices less high integration, small volume, light weight in the characteristics of small power switch power supply has been widely applied in. Chapter 4 of this thesis in the second generation answers for conduction mode (CCM) PFC ICE2PCS02 controller as an example, the continuous current switch booster type PFC circuit the detailed analysis.Double channel, cross type step-down PWM controller belong to high flexible controller and the controller can work at two configurations. The thesis in chapter 5 of the National Semiconductor company (NS) of a control chip LM5032 as an example, the similar circuit to carry on the detailed analysis.Finally, In order to verify the performance of this power supply system,building the platform to test on circuit made by experiment, the result show that the power supply system is feasible.
