Design optimization technology of aerodynamic flow path of turbofan engines is an important technology of the integrated design, and it is also one of the topmost technologies for turbofan engines.After the preliminary design of overall cycle parameters, and before the iterative design, parameters such as the intensity load, aerodynamic load, the size and weight of the rotor assembly, as well as the thrust to weight ratio of the engine, are unknown. The final overall performance scheme of engine should satisfy the demands of intensity and the thrust to weight ratio. Therefore, the iterative number of overall performance design will increased with the growth of the workload of overall performance, overall structure and the matching of engine components. Hence, the design optimization technology of the flow path of turbofan engines should be established, with respect to the limitation of the main intensity load of engine rotors, the limitation of aerodynamic load, and the limitation of mechanical design.Owing to the above demand, this thesis focus on studying the high and the low pressure flow path optimization design during the project demonstration process of pre-research of advanced high performance turbofan engine. The main contents are as follows:1) The basic characteristics of matching design of engine components and basic concept of aerodynamic flow path design were investigated, and design references and principles were discussed and stated.2) The basic equations used in the aerodynamic flow path design were presented in detail, and the basic design method was determined.3) The parametric design of compressor components inlet and turbine components outlet, as well as the preliminary design of the flow path and rotational speed were performed.4) The detailed design of components flow path and the scheme design of engine flow path were performed.
