The real-time data processing result of the exterior ballistic measurement is the main criterion for safety control system to judge the malfunction of the missile. As the main part of the exterior ballistic measuring system, the data quality of optical measurement equipment can influence the real-time data processing result directly, and it even concerns the success of the safety control. Thus, to make scientific researches on quality assessment of the real-time optical measurement data in range has great significance.Based on the actual engineering background, this paper analyzes the factors that affect the quality of the real-time data processing and missile safety control, and uses data processing methods such as probability and mathematical statistics, data-fitting and error analysis to statistically analyze the factors. The quality assessment model of real-time optical measurement data based on the fuzzy synthetic evaluation is studied and built and the factor set is determined that continuity, validity and precision of data are defined as the main quality factors, and frame loss rate, interruption rate, tracking rate, burst noise rate, azimuth precision and elevation precision are defined as sub-factors. The reviews set of opinion rating is defined as better, good, general and bad. Based on the fully adopted of the experts, the weight of the quality factors is determined through investigation by experts. Based on the factorial analysis, evaluation criterion is determined and membership function of half trapezia is constructed. To represent the overall characteristics of data quality assessment, based on the contrastive analysis of the assessment model, weighted average model is adopted as the real-time optical measurement data quality. Simulation results show that the assessment model is accurate, effective.The research results in this paper realized synthetic, objective and accurate quantitative evaluation of the real-time optical measurement data in range. Evaluation results of data quality objectively reflected actual performance and configuration of optical measurement equipment and give an offer of guidance and help to analyze and debug problems of an equipment, and provide more information for designing the plan of the tracking telemetry and command system scientifically and flexibly, and offer the reliable message before testing to the real-time data processing, and then improve range real-time data processing and safety control reliability.
