| With rapid economic development, the science of mass concrete has been widely used in engineering construction field. Based on the theoretical results from predecessors, this paper expounds the mass concrete application development, the particularity of the mass concrete, the simulation analysis of temperature field and stress measures for temperature crack control. Mass concrete is easy to crack in construction period, so simulation analysis of temperature field for mass concrete is a very important research subject. By using the finite element software ANSYS14.0,it simulate the construction period, analysis of internal temperature field.Through the analysis of the above research, it discusses the temperature crack control measures in the practical engineering application, and provides theoretical basis for the construction crack control. Its specific contents:(1)It introduces the theoretical basis of the mass concrete hydration heat and the of crack control of the temperature field in construction process.(2)Through the relevant application program based on ANSYS14.0,it uses the boundary conditions to simulate a certain volume of concrete, analyze the process of construction of hydration heat temperature field and temperature stress caused by the simulation calculation, uses a computer to made some regularity of mass concrete in the process of construction.(3)According to the results of simulation,we find the research of mass concrete crack control methods. |
