Research On Logistics Service Area Design Of High-star Business Hotel In Southern Region

With the high-speed development of social economy, the international and regional business exchanges have become increasingly frequent, and the urban business hotels are developing vigorously. In recent years, many well-known international brand hotels have entered the domestic market. They have promoted the construction speed of high-star business hotels. The modern hotels in China have developed for a relatively short time and they still have certain difference with the international brand hotels'design level. How to further improve the hotels'construction level and the design criterion is a very worthy topic. The research object of this article is the logistics service area of high-star business hotel in southern region. This area is the important architectural space of hotel management and operation. It is necessary to summarize the design theories and examples and form the comparatively systematic design theory. It will have certain guiding significance to the development of the design in the future.This article is divided into six chapters to research the logistics service area of high-star business hotel. First of all, the first chapter and the second chapter began with the overview and theories of the logistics service area. They overall explained the relationship in each part of the function in hotel.Secondly, the third chapter in hotel design standard angle,analyzed the hotel logistics area underlying the functional design and traffic system. And then, the fourth chapter and the fifth chapter deep into the each function space of the hotel logistics area. The space of logistics area function design, streamline analysis, equipment allocation and technical facilities were investigated in detail. Finally, the sixth chapter on the basis of the relevant design standards and design guidelines' analysis, combined with some typical examples of the domestic high-star business hotel, and summaried some design methods of the logistics service area of high-star business hotel. It will provide some methods to the hotels'theoretical research and design in the future.
