The Humanization Study On The Function Design Of Lobby Space Of Five-Star Business Hotels

Based on relevant theories such as environmental behavior science,environmental psychology,human engineering,and interpersonal distance,this paper conducts an analytical study of the user-friendly design for the functions of the hotel lobby in the selected hotel lobby case under the guidance of user-friendly design concept.The research project has three objectives: firstly,the study aims to conduct a survey and analysis on the space functions of the lobby for five-star business hotels,and psychology and behaviors of business clients,and understand the status and problems in the design of space functions in the lobby of five-star business hotels at the current stage in China.Secondly,based on environmental design knowledge,the research integrates relevant discipline theories such as environmental behavior science,environmental psychology,and human engineering,studies the psychological needs and behaviors of people in lobby space,and proposes the methods and principles for the user-friendly design of hotel lobby space.Thirdly,the study verifies the research results through a real case.This research adopts literature search method,field survey method and case method and integrates field investigation,case analysis,and theories.Through on-site experience and survey at 20 five-star business hotels in Beijing and Shanghai,the study adopts such means as plane drawing,graphic symbols,and photo shooting,sorts out and analyzes survey data of hotels,and summarizes the status and existing problems.This study conducts an in-depth comparative analysis on the function composition,space and function scale and streamline organization for the reception area,rest area,business area,and traffic auxiliary area.On the premise of satisfying human psychology and behavior demands,the study summarizes and refines the methods for the user-friendly design of space functions of five-star business hotel lobbies.Specifically,they are: strengthen the distinctive features,improve the convenience for space linearity,build a pleasant space scale,and create ideal space for interaction.at home.Figure13;Table29;Reference 40...
