The distributed hierarchical structure model covers an small area , independent of the device function, flexible configuration, high reliability, and convenient debugging and commissioning of step by step, satisfy the inverse power transmission requirements, in favor of factory power system operation, maintenance and repair, Luo Dong station monitoring system suitable to the structure model. Comparison of integrated automation system in communication mode, Ethernet's bandwidth, scalability, reliability, economy, compatibility and other advantages become integrated automation system of substation communication network development direction. The monitoring system of LuoDong adopts the communication mode of industrial Ethernet bar, and Dual Ethernet scheme monitoring system to ensure that each layer of communication reliability.In this paper, combined with the actual situation of the station of Luo Dong, this paper discusses the control system hardware, software configuration and functions of the system, after the transformation of the system the functions, stability, reliability become better.Because in the transformation process the original latching means cause damage, and the new transformation part will loss the interlocking function.
