Energy has been a topic of great concern people,renewable energy,reduce energy consumption,carbon emissions and other technology to become one of the ways to improve the global environment.Pearl City,Guangdong Province "zero energy" energy-saving model high-rise building, this project using a combination of solar photovoltaic power generation, cooling radiation ceiling,double wall within the respiratory system and other new technologies,new equipment,new products,new processes.Through energy-saving technologies in the construction process of the specific application, analysis and comparison to theory and practical test data as the basis for the application of technology,equipment, use of results-based, high-rise projects in close connection with the characteristics of national laws and regulations,standards and norms within the allowed range of high-rise building made a number of practical energy-saving technologies and measures.For example, in high-rise roof or external installation of solar photovoltaic panels, the use of the South region, particularly in Guangzhou,Shenzhen, Zhuhai and other characteristics of sufficient sunlight,the solar energy to be collected, transformed and used for building power generation, heating cooling, lighting and so on.Floor office in the area with cold ceiling radiation cooling system, built-in water through the ceiling plate channel with plate heat exchangers, plate and then through convection and radiation heat transfer with the indoor environment, can improve indoor thermal comfort, improved indoor air quality, increase the cooling capacity of indoor space, reduce the "cold consumption" and so on.Outside the building within the breathing wall using double smart combination of intelligent thermometer shelter,using energy-saving effect of insulating Low-E glass,and walls of the inner loop using ventilation systems for indoor temperature regulation, so as to save energy.The system based on the theory with the actual situation in the field of high-rise building to bring the advantages of energy-saving technologies as well as the economic or social benefits were discussed. The project found that the total power of solar photovoltaic systems 24KWp, the system output power up to 20164.4KWh / year. According to the use of 25-year period, the cumulative power generation can be about 50.41×104KWh, electricity savings of 50 million yuan, the construction of thermal power savings invested 193,000 yuan,reducing environmental control costs 250,300 yuan.Radiation in the cold ceiling,the ceiling combined with cold displacement ventilation system,radiant new technology,to achieve the overall system energy saving rate of 46.5%,in the promotion of economic efficiency and demonstration of positive significance. The outer wall, the use of breathing with sun blinds double smart wall, making full use of natural light, while the natural light into all parts of floors, in addition to elimination by the window area to bring people high radiation and glare discomfort, but also saving artificial lighting electricity, wall inner loop ventilation system designed to double the outdoor environment changes on the cavity wall temperature,humidity control, in order to achieve a comfortable working environment by the window area to ensure the normal operation of cold radiation system.
