Since the 1980s, with the rapid development of power electronic technology and the performance-to-price ratio of permanent magnetic material increasing, permanent magnet synchronous motor control system become a new development direction of the AC motor drive system. Because of permanent magnet synchronous motor advantages, such as its simple structure, reliable operation, small loss and high efficiency, more and more used in various industrial applications. Therefore, study of the permanent magnet synchronous motor control system used in industrial production has the vital significance.This topic is Donghua University and Sanken L. D. Electric (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd cooperative subject, mainly study permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy and the realization of the control method. The system use TMS320F2812 digital signal processor as control core. Set up the experimental platform, as well as realize its control algorithm at the development environment CCS.First of all, the present situation and the research significance of permanent magnet synchronous motor control technology are introduced. Based on the analysis of the structure and classification of permanent magnet synchronous motor, establishing the mathematical model of different coordinates. As a result of the initial position of permanent magnet synchronous motor is random and uncertain, focusing on detecting its initial position. Then do the research of permanent magnet synchronous motor control strategy, including the V/F control system, the vector control system with PG and the sensorless vector control method of synchronous motor. The modulation wave mainly use three harmonic injected PWM and voltage space vector SVPWM, and elaborate its principle and realizing method. This paper uses the vector control strategy that straight axis current is zero of the magnetic field directional control method. Design the double loop structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control system, and design the preventing integral saturated PI regulator to solve the problem that in the actual application PI regulator integral may saturated easily. At the situation that no sensor detecting speed, design the speed identification scheme using both back EMF integral method and directly calculation method. It can realize speed identification of the full range. Because the nameplate data of motor is limited, and in the design of the regulator need to know related parameters of the motor, adopt a series of test methods of permanent magnet synchronous motor parameters.Secondly, establish the control system simulation model based on MATLAB/SIMULINK. Analyze the simulation of different control modes. Respectively do the simulation research of starting performance of motor, the performance with load and the performance of load mutation. Analyze the superiority and reliability of three harmonic PWM and voltage space vector SVPWM. The simulation results show that the control methods of motor are feasible, and ensure the system static performance and dynamic performance.At last, design the software and hardware structure of control system. Hardware part includes the main loop, control circuit, detection circuit and the protection circuit. The control part uses DSP chip TMS320F2812 as the core, to complete the algorithm of variable frequency speed regulation system of permanent magnet synchronous motor, and the generation of PWM waves. On the basis of hardware, mainly use C language to complete control algorithm at CCS3.1 development environment. Mainly completed by interrupt calls as control functions, and main flow charts are showed including the main program of system, V/F control procedure and motor vector control program. Finally, motor is tested at the experimental platform. Experimental results verify the feasibility and correctness of the control system scheme.
