Modern people's lives and work shops make people stay indoors for more than 85%, appropriate indoor thermal comfort environment can not only gives people's physical and mental pleasure, but also improves efficiency. Therefore, the thermal comfort of the build environment in-depth research is particularly important in Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone.According to building code, most parts of Guangxi is of the Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone, so this paper study the thermal comfort of school buildings of the Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone taking Guangxi University for example. This paper take three different types of indoor environments (natural ventilation, air-conditioned room and the transitional space) for the study, establish the evaluation model of thermal comfort of the Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone,which based on field tests and questionnaires of building on the campus of Guangxi University.Thermal comfort conditions of the campus buildings of the Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone were analyzed, and ways were proposed to improve the thermal comfort. Air-conditioned building are optimized on the use of intelligent algorithms in Guangxi.The results were obtained from the field tests, questionnaires and data analysis as follows:the first, human thermal comfort level is different in different buildings; the second, temperature on the thermal comfort is the most significant, followed by the air flow rate, then the humidity; The linear regression equation of the predicted thermal sensation vote (the value of PMV) and operating temperature is PMV= 0.154top -3.2706, the thermal neutral temperature of the Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone was 21.3℃, and the 80% acceptable temperature range in the PMV evaluation mode is 17.8℃~24.8℃.In the actual design, reasonable choice the design and operation of air temperature on human thermal sensation is low within acceptable temperature, but it directly affect the energy consumption of construction equipment.Combinatorial optimization was proceed with the application of intelligent algorithms for air-conditioned room in summer indoor thermal environment, the range of optimal combination the indoor temperature and wind speed in satisfying the conditions for thermal comfort was gained in different close, different humidity, different activities. In this context, try to take the high value of the indoor temperature, appropriate increase in indoor relative humidity(between 40%-70%) to reduce air conditioning energy consumption.The analysis of transitional space shows that the air temperature has greater impact on the value of RWI, and the effects of wind speed greatly. In the actual design, appropriate increase the humidity, increase the speed to reduce energy consumption in the thermal comfort temperature range.
