| As the application of shaped charge is coming into wider and wider use, the request for jet's penetrating target is not just a single object any more. For instance, when jet is used to penetrate geotechnical for oil, the penetration hole should be in proper depth and no blocking by pestle; when the structure of shaped charge locates at the preceding part of the tandem warhead, in order to ensure that the warhead behind could follow successfully, the shaped charge is required to be able to not only penetrate deep but also drill large hole. Since different jets have different penetrating power to the object, the shaped charge should be designed in accordance with their application requirement.The designing method of shaped charge in common use at present could be concluded mainly as follows, the first step is choosing the structure of shaped charge according to experience, then taking numerical simulation to the structure, when the simulation results are close to the technology index of tactics, experiments should be taken to verify whether the results meet the requirements, if not, the structure of shaped charge should be adjusted. The period of this kind of designing method is too long, the designers are required to be highly experienced, so this method is not used longer.This inverse design method is based on the jet shaped theory, using genetic algorithm, to optimize the shaped charge design. Inversion calculation is used in this text to design the structure of shaped charge, which is in accordance with penetrating target in this method, the jet parameters are taken as input, while the medicine-type cover geometric parameters are output. The calculation is fast, the experience required is not much, and ideal medicine-type cover parameters could be obtained through just a few adjustments.The structure of shaped charge resulting from inversion calculation is tested through AUTODYN simulation software and experiment.The simulation results show that after the medicine-type cover obtained from inversion design is crush molded, the deviation between the velocity of the jet's preceding part, the effective jet conversion rate and the target value is less than 15%. therefore, the inversion designing is considered to be able to direct the engineering design of the structure of shaped charge effectively. |
