Owing to the advantages of high muzzle velocity, high lethality, concealment and so on, Rail Guns has been developed so fast in recent years. As the sources of Rail Guns, energy has been also growing rapidly because of its high energy density and fast charging. In order to meet the requirements of field experiments and mobility, smart batteries system is designed as the primary energy of Power Pulsed Supply. It is significance for the development of Power-Plused Supply which is used in the Rail Gun.At first, system program is determined according to the technical parameters of Power Pulsed Supply. The system consists of batteries, electrical components, detection boards, control board, optical multiplexer, man-machine interface and power supply system. The system controls the charging by the PC or the manual buttons.45 batteries connected in series, the DC contactor and the fuse constitute the discharge circuit. Five detection boards are used to test the data of batteries voltage and temperature and then feedback the data to the control boards real-time by serial port. The power supply system finishes the power conversion and supply to the system. The control board finishes the system contol and man-machine operation by using double CPU serial communication among which the 0 serial communicates with the detection boards and the 1 sreial communicates with the PC. Taking into account interference of system, optical isolation circuits is designed in order to improve the anti-jamming capability in the harsh environment; Detection boards accurate to voltage detection of single sells, so that users can do the experimental analysis conveniently; In this paper, Altium Designer is used to draw schematics.Then, the accuracy of batteries voltage acquisition circuits is verified theoretically by Multisim; On this basis, the appropriate components is selected to complete the boards production and boards is debugged in IAR5 environment; Finally, the module is builded and the experiments is run folloeing with analyzing system performance. All in all, the system can meet the requirements of the project.
