| The safety of flight depends on the operation of aero-engine. In order to monitor the operating condition of an aero-engine, we are going to design a vibration monitoring hardware system for double-rotor turbofan engine. The design and development of hardware system is based on Altium Designer platform, which is mainly used to design circuit and printed circuit board.The system consists of input modular, calculate modular and output modular. The input modular consists of vibration channel, process volume channel, speed channel. each of these channels contains several sub-channels to modulate signal such as protect, amplify and choose sub-channels. The calculate modular consists of ADCs and its connecting circuits to convert analog signal to digital signal. There are two kinds of analog signal output from channels, which is input to two different ADC. Output modular is designed to output digital signal, which consists of control circuit input /output port, power supply port and the connecting circuit.By simulating the circuit design, building single rotor experimental platform and experimenting research on input and calculate modular, the experimental result shows that the hardware system is capable of modulating signal. The hardware system has strong reliability, which makes system running normally when sensor or circuit is damaged. The system also has high applicability, which could be used for most sensors. The hardware of system is designed integrated so that input and calculate modular could be placed on a signal printed circuit board.This paper introduces the designing and simulating process of each channels’ signal processing circuit, selection and connection of each ADCs, printed circuit board designing, the experiment of system and data acquisition, finally come to the conculsion. |
