| Based on the theory of coupled magnetic resonance, magnetic resonance setting technology of fuze is established. This technology meets the requirements that energy and information should be transmitted synchronously and wirelessly in middle-distance weapon system. Meanwhile, it solves the problem of short transmission in inductive setting mode and the matter of the low efficiency in laser or RF setting transmission.First, a new wireless transmission model in magnetic resonance is lodged and some elements that influence the transfer efficiency are analyzed through formulas derivation and calculation. Meanwhile, equivalent-circuit model of magnetic resonance is simulated by OrCAD in which way the feasibility of wireless transmission in magnetic resonance is demonstrated.According to the theory of wireless transmission in magnetic resonance, magnetic resonance setting system of fuze is designed, including transmitting module and receiving module. The setting transmitting module contains main control chip, high-frequency signal transmitter, E power amplifier circuit, information demodulator, frequency tracker and so on; the fuze receiving module is composed by receiving coil, energy storage model, information demodulator and feedback module. Finally, information modulation and demodulation were simulated to verify the possibility of information transmission.Based on the background of magnetic resonance setting fuze circuit, possible security risks in its overall life are discussed, such as service processing environment, electromagnetic environments and environment under high over load. Subsequently, corresponding solutions are proposed to handle above problems. Finally, experiments on energy both transfer efficiency of magnetic resonance are done, and study on the transfer and storage of energy is proceeded to verify the feasibility of middle-distance transfer. Meanwhile, static test and dynamic test are carried out to demonstrate the correctness of the design for the safety of the magnetic resonance setting fuze.Magnetic resonance setting technology of fuze will fill in the blanks of middle-distance wireless transfer and contribute a lot to the development of the weapon system in the future. |
