The rsearch of Sinus Node Electrogram(SNE) automatic analysis is the direction of detection and diagnosis of cardiac electrophysiology, is the frontier topic of biomedical engineering field. It is an important supplement and expand of ECG automatic analysis technology. And the rsearch based on FPGA is the development direction of automatic analysis technology. The paper has done explorative research on transferring the automatic analysis technology to the front. And the main work carries on realization of SNE signal processing and analysis based on FPGA and development of upper-computer software. The important parts are the implementation of signal pre-processing and characteristic waveform extraction on FPGA. According to algorithm of environment and noise feature in pre-processing, the paper designed a 16 order FIR bandpass filter, carried out in system analysis and achieved good pre-processing result. In characteristic waveform extraction section, the paper put forward a algorithm to detect R, P, T wave based on wavelet transform effective scale factors. It is very simple and realized easily by hardware. The paper realized R wave auto-recognition and heart rate automatic measurement in hardware. The system software is developed on the Visual C++software platform under Windows XP system. And it has following functions:data acquisition system based on home-made device driver,16-channel waveforms real-time display, parameter measurement, database of SNE, printing of waveforms report and diagnostic report. The softwave provides good man-machine interface for the SNE's clinical application and promotion.Based on theoretic research of SNE automatic analysis technology, the paper realized signal pre-processing and R wave auto-recognition on FPGA and system analysis software. The paper's research has some innovation and the research result establishs a foundation for the future further study.
