Concrete pumping machine is one of the indispensable equipments in the national economic construction, which completely changed the face of the construction site. It has good economic benefits and can pour concrete with excellent features, such as high efficiency, high quality and flexibility. Hydraulic system is one of the most important components on concrete pump. So the design parameters of the hydraulic system have great influence on the technical characteristics of concrete pump. At present, there are some key technical issues which have been not resolved for domestic concrete pump. These issues will become increasingly prominent in the future.In this thesis, an open circuit hydraulic control system is researched. The hydraulic system and the load of fresh concrete are modeled and simulated. And the tests of pumping water and pumping fresh concrete are implemented on the test rig of concrete pump. Then the simulation models of the hydraulic system and the load of fresh concrete are amended by the results of tests of pumping water and pumping fresh concrete. Finally the hydraulic impact and stroke deviation of the system is optimized and improved by the models.The thesis can be divided into seven chapters as follows:In chapter 1, the characteristics and applications of concrete pump are introduced. And the developing trends of domestic and international concrete pump are described. Then the working principle of the hydraulic system is explained. In the end, the research significance, research objectives and research contents are illuminated.In chapter 2, the simulation model of the hydraulic system is built by simulation software AMESim, including the simulation models of the pumping circuit and the dividing circuit.In chapter 3, the dynamic characteristics of the valve groups of the hydraulic system are tested and the test results are analyzed.In chapter 4, the test of pumping water on the test rig of concrete pump is implemented. And then the simulation model of the hydraulic system is amended by the test results.In chapter 5, the rheological properties of fresh concrete are analyzed by theoretical analysis and experiments. And the simulation model of the load of fresh concrete is modeled. Then the test of pumping fresh concrete on the test rig of concrete pump is implemented. Lastly the simulation model of the load of fresh concrete is amended by the test results.In chapter 6, the influence of some key parameters for the characteristics of the hydraulic system is simulated, including the variation of the hydraulic impact and the variation of the piston stroke. Finally the hydraulic system is optimized and improved by the variations.In chapter 7, the conclusions of the research are summarized and the future proposals of the research are suggested.
