Making full use of the related research and development accumulation of Wanxiang Group in ABS technology and product development, AT product key technology research and development, suspension system integration Technology development, electronically controlled shock absorber reverse design and development ,EPS design mechanism and vehicular information platform development and other areas ,the topic upgrades the technology of vehicle chassis electronic control by the traditional discrete control and provides a electronic control vehicle chassis product development technology program with less redundant sensors, electronic wiring layout simplification, weight reduction and performance enhanced CAN-BUS integrated control, involving:(1) Design overall framework of chassis integrated control system based on CAN-BUS. Fundamentally defining the system structure and function, its essence is to complete chassis design of the electronic control vehicle with CAN-BUS integrated control. This is the starting point and basis for the whole research work;(2) Construct CAN-BUS vehicular bus network. This is the basis of chassis electronic control unit data communication and sharing, and push it further to achieve the integration of chassis electronic control units .The key lies in the network communication protocol formulation of the application layer CAN ,promoting it in accordance with the technical steps of the all-digital simulation, hybrid simulation / bench test and real vehicle matching;(3)Develop integrated control strategy of electronic control vehicle chassis. Which is the basis of achieving software , hardware ,energy and information sharing between the various subsystems of vehicle chassis ,obtaining the synergy brought by system integration to the maximum and improving the overall performance of the vehicle .Specifically related to the integrated control of ABS, AT, EMS, EPS node electronic control units, the control objective is to effectively coordinate the vehicle's ride comfort, handling stability, braking, power and fuel economy. In view of these contradictions between the control objectives, integrate control strategies to the best overall performance of the vehicle for the target and provide the coordination operation mode between electronic control units;(4) Typical product development trial. For the typical product about " electronic control vehicle chassis with integrated control " , its prototype development is completed based on the transformation of the specific model. It takes the lead in CAN-BUS bus network construction, driving ABS, AT, EMS, EPS ECU system integration, integrates technology development and the specific production mode ,explores the industry's main points and becomes the start of industrialization process.Through the study of this topic, Wanxiang Group involves the field of high-tech products about " the electronic control vehicle chassis with CAN-BUS integrated control" in the short term ,gets into line with international advanced technology level and leads the numerous automotive parts manufacturing enterprises, thereby greatly enhancing the technological competitiveness of enterprise, which creates favorable conditions for market development.
