At present,the international automobile companies have launched a chassis platform strategy to seek diversification and low cost goals.The suspension system as a key component of the car chassis and handling stability and ride comfort and other vehicle performance are closely related to the suspension structure parameters of the chassis performance has a great influence.Therefore,the reasonable matching design of the chassis components of the passenger car platform and the influence of the suspension design parameters on the performance of the vehicle during the matching process are the key technologies in the design and development of the automobile chassis and the research hotspot in the development and design of the suspension system.In this paper,the front Mcpherson suspension one A0 class car as the research object,by studying the effects of suspension design on vehicle performance and the chassis performance analysis platform of VC#.Net and SQL based on Server software.The platform in the form of menus and dialogs by calling multi-body dynamics software Adams/Car to automatically retrieve the database similar to the model data,automatically and quickly to complete the suspension and chassis modeling,the system design of the vehicle suspension,And the simulation results of the simulation results are extracted and the results of the newly developed models are judged and optimized by using the database.Thus greatly reducing the vehicle development cycle,reduce development costs,enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises.Firstly,the K&C characteristics and mechanical properties of the suspension are analyzed by the formula,and the influence of the suspension parameters on the vehicle handling stability and running comfort is determined,which provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research work.Secondly,two kinds of secondary development methods commonly used by Adams/Car are described in detail.The method of introducing the.cmd file is used to model the parameterizedsuspension,and the validity of the method is verified by experiments.Then,on the basis of Adams/Car secondary development,the performance analysis platform of passenger car chassis system was developed by using Visual C#.Net and SQL Server software.The platform is automatically written by the.cmd command to call Adams/Car to quickly and quickly model,simulate,simulate the results of post-processing and extraction.Finally,the problem of abnormal wear of tires with market feedback is taken as an example.The optimization of the existing vehicle suspension and steering mechanism is solved by the performance analysis platform of the passenger car chassis.The modification scheme is proposed and verified by the actual vehicle test.The effectiveness of the product improvement and follow-up product R&D reserve reference program for the platform design and development provides a reference.improved,the test results also verify the effectiveness of the control system.
