Nowadays, wine is more and more popular and has been a global drink. Research foundthat the taste of wine in oak will be better, which makes the oak be an important tool for winebrew.Now almost all of the barrel for wine is made by oak barrels. During the aging processof wine with oak barrels, location of the oak barrels often be changed. Also the managementinformation system for oak barrels turns into be a new research topic.Application scope of RFID technology is quite widespread at present. More and moreenterprises and institutions of research and academics give their research on RFID, to enhancethe RFID industrial competitiveness in their country. The survey found that the managementof wine brewing and the quality safety is an important problem.Considering of urgent needs for the barrel inventory management and the wine brewinginformation setting, the following works have been finished base on the RFID technology andthe database management method.(1) Process of oak barrels brewing was analysised, then the key parameters of winemanufacture was set up. These important parameters were managed, such as picking, breakthe skin to infarction and leaching fermentation, juice processing, wine skin slot training, oakbarrels cultivation and clarify.(2) New senior wine RFID identification management was established. Advanceinformation management system was developed with wireless communication FRIDtechnology, the system make the brewer manage for wine manufacture and the consumerobtain the manufacture information easily, also it could be helpful to improve product featuresand value added.(3) By using the developed database, the quality of each oak barrel wine could becontrolled efficiently during manufacturing process, then an identification and managementsystem was developed. In order to provide customers with greater transparency andmanufacturer oak barrels for manage process, an resume record was inserted to online recordsystem, this made senior wine production and market will be a tedious process.Developed system in this work includes three platforms as the functions of webpagedisplay, anti-counterfeit detection, and manufacturing management. By using these platforms,it could bring the advantages of counterfeit wine prevention, easy access information, andremote multi-query. Generally, this system helps to establish in the customer an understanding of the finenessand quality control of the product, which increases the add-on value, and marketingeffectiveness.
