Chinese urban rail transit has come into the period of concentrated, rapid and large-scale development. Soon after the construction, there will be large-scale management tasks for fixed equipment. For that the construction schedule is not the same in different cities, and the rail scale in operation is different, the background of fixed equipment maintenance varies in different cities.How to choose a management mode of Fixed equipment maintenance suitable for respective characteristic, is practically significant for safety operation of urban rail transit, sustainable development of rail transit enterprises and orderly operation of the urban public transit.Related theory and pratical experience is in lack for urban rail transit in China. Based on the management mode of fixed equipment maintenance in rail transit used in other countries and the characteristics of urban rail transit in China, this paper study the management mode of fixed equipment maintenance with different urban rail transit background.The main work and results are shown as follows:1. Analyze fixed equipment maintenance system and its process, the related subjects and their relationships, on the basis of summing up the work of fixed equipment maintenance.2. Propose three management mode of fixed equipment maintenance suitable for China's urban rail transit after the analysis of management modes of fixed equipment maintenance in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Shuohuang railway respectively. Then analyze the three modes on the aspects of their meaning, organizational structure, the advantages and disadvantages in operation and applicability.3. Establish management mode evaluation index system from supply, needs and environmental constraints, after the research of internal and external influencing factors of fixed equipment maintenance management mode. Improve the traditional Set-valued statistics and Topsis method to construct the management mode selecting model based on the set-valued statistics and Topsis.Empirical analysis are carried on in A,B and C city respectively in the end.4. Adopt a two-stage model according to the regional maintenance management mode. Utilize Clustering Algorithm to divide the region into different units, and propose location models to select the rush-repairing location under feasible restricted hours.
