With the continuously raising demand of the pile foundation of high-building and of environment protection in pile foundation construction, the further development of pile-constructing equipment has become more and more urgent. Based on its special excellent performance and advantage, vibratory piling machine has steadily become the focal point to be studied and developed in the world.Vibratory piling machine mostly produces excitation force by eccentric mass at present. In the paper the vibratory piling machine we will discuss produces cyclic driving force by hydraulic equipment. We take the vibratory piling machine-soil system as the research object and based on the theoretical research and plenty of experiments. The main works are:(1) Penetrating resistance is researched. Penetrating resistance includes two part:pile tip resistance and pile side resistance。Pile tip resistance model and pile side resistance model are presented through analyzing influencing factor, computing formula for them are provided. On this basis, computing formula for penetrating resistance is concluded.(2) A new type of rotating valve is designed, the structure of vertical connection is changed, and the coupling problem between the vibration system and the hydraulic system is resolved. Coupling mechanics model of the hydraulic vibratory pile driver system is build, main parameters of the piling machine is compeered.(3) The intelligent control system of the vibration pile machine is designed. The main hard wares of the control system are described, negative feedback control for frequency converter is realized by applying PLC in order to achieve a vibration control system for FM, AM and speed of the pile driving though control the speeds of the rotor valve, vibration pump and pile driving pump.(4) Based on establishing a mathematical model of control system, simulation of the control system is achieved by using MATLAB, the process of speed control is simulated, and generates simulation curves. Though analyzing the curves, the results indicate that the control system meets the FM requirements of pile vibration system.In a word, the vibration machine design is to be a typical application of the design of integrated design method, not only dynamics and optimal design problems are involved, but also the intelligent and visualization design are involved.
