High-speed train is the main carrier of people-oriented, after 4 years of unremitting efforts, we has formed independent innovation capacity of high-speed train. At the design stage, according to pertinent design specifications, we using the finite element method to analyse and optimise body strength and structure stiffness. Through optimization, the structure can have higher strength and stiffness, and reduce the weight.First of all, using the relevant standards to assess the M1 static strength, stiffness and fatigue strength, checking the body structure whether meet the strength requirements. Secondly, using the relevant standards to assess the fatigue strength. Then analysing the M1 harmonic response to get the M1 various locations'vibration characteristics, and then compared the human body important part natural frequency to get how it impact on human.Using the soft of matlab to handle the current existing displacement power density spectrum to get time interval spectrum, and use the power density spectrum for spectrum analysis and transient analysis. Analysing the M1 spectrum (PSD) response to forecast structure peak response. Analysing the M1 transient dynamic analysis (time interval analysis) to get M1 body dynamic response. Get each node data in transient analysis; though the body in accordance with the relevant standards and the symmetry of the floor structure to collect some special representative nodes get the data into soft of matlab to calculate the degree of comfort and stability value. Then determine their comfort level, and contrast evaluation of M1 traveling comfort when used with the smooth comfort of these two indicators their respective advantages and disadvantages.
