| With the development of the economy and the rapid progress of science and technology,the public has been expecting more and more high expectations for the shape and use of buildings.In the design of building structure at present,the large span space structure has become the hot spot of the research of the designers.Because of the space superiority,good shape advantage and convenient construction etc.,foreign scholars have begun to focus on the large span space structure under earthquake force characteristic and the corresponding problems of the domestic research literature of large-span space structure is still relatively scarce.At the same time,such large-span spatial structure is generally crowded.If an earthquake happens,it will cause an unexpected loss.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the large-span spatial structure in all aspects.Taking the spatial steel tube truss roof of Tai’an tourism center as the engineering background,this paper analyzes and studies the structural characteristics and the characteristics of the space node by using the steel structure design software 3D3 S,the finite element software SAP2000 and ABAQUS.The main work is as follows:First of all,the development prospect and structural characteristics of the steel tube truss structure in the space grid structure are briefly introduced.At the same time,the types and characteristics of the space nodes commonly used in the steel tube truss structure are also introduced.Secondly,the static analysis of the space steel tube truss structure is carried out.The use of structural design software 3D3 S modeling of the roof structure,and then select the 12 conditions combined static analysis of the structure,the value of comparative analysis under various conditions the bearing force value,the axial force and the displacement value,summarized the most unfavorable load conditions,and select the most unfavorable steel pipe truss under the condition of the change of internal force and displacement.Due to the shape of the roof,the variation of the internal force of the spatial steel truss roof under different wind loads is discussed at the end of the section.Third,the dynamic characteristic analysis and seismic response analysis are carried out for the space steel tube truss structure.In this paper,the model in 3D3 S is introduced into SAP2000 and the model is analyzed.Then the dynamic characteristics of this structure are studied.Then the seismic response analysis of the structure is carried out by response spectrum method and time history analysis method.The internal force response and displacement response of two different methods under different directions of earthquake action are analyzed.The two response results were compared and analyzed by the reaction spectrum method and the dynamic time history analysis method.Finally,the finite element analysis is carried out on the complex space node of the space steel tube truss structure.In this paper,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to analyze the space KK nodes which have the most frequent occurrences in this structure.KK node is a common form of tubular joints,which is composed of four overlapped brace members of the lower chord,which makes the stress is more complicated.According to the actual load condition of the project,the failure process of the spatial KK node is studied through reasonable loading axial force,and the measures for strengthening the complex nodes from various aspects are put forward.At the end of this paper,the author summarizes the research work done,and draws some valuable experience.It also points out the problems that need further exploration in considering the lack of research process. |
