The Application Of SAP (Systems Applications And Products) In Equipment Maintenance

As the further promotion and application of high-tech in military field, the military effectiveness of existing weapons and equipment increased greatly. The wartime operation capacity, mobility, survival ability and protection ability of these weapons have been strengthened greatly. At the same time, failure rate increases after damaged on the battlefield. With the development of informatization construction in army, higher requirements to weapon equipment maintenance security level and management ability are put forward.Using computer technology and network communication technology, various link information during the maintenance management process, such as planning, production, equipment, quality, finance, etc, can be integrated. So that conservation of resources, improvement of efficiency and effective protection can be realized. Above All these are the important guarantee to improve its competitiveness, strengthen military benefits and economic benefits, achieve " The construction information army, wins the information war " strategic goal.From the aspect of theory system of equipment maintenance, maintenance modes, such as condition based maintenance, availability centered maintenance, total planning qualitative maintenance, adaptability maintenance and so on, were discussed in this paper. Combining with the ERP theory and SAP software system, the problems existed in original equipment maintenance production and management modes were analyzed. According to the modern equipment maintenance demands, the function, information, performance requirements of SAP R/3 system in the equipment maintenance factory were analyzed. The equipment modules of information management system in equipment maintenance factory were designed in detail. After these work above, the development of the management system was achieved. The operating results of SAP R/3 system were compared and analyzed. it is not only able to enlighten the construction personnel, but has a certain significance to the informatization construction of our military equipment maintenance factory.
