| With the speedy development of economy in China, The energy shortage grows more seriously and the gap of electric power demand increases constantly. The fast rising of coal price causes the production cost to run up; the increasing electric power demand requires equipments to run steadily at full capacity and beyond time limit; fuel suppliers'market compels coal-fired power plant to endure a wide margin fluctuation for the nature of coal, even to use inferior coal, and deteriorating working condition makes a higher request for units-operating control and equipments maintenance. Under such situations, electric power enterprises must pay more attention for the management of production equipments, which makes the importance of equipment maintenance more obvious. Maintenance is not a complementary action, but an important component as the equipment investment when a power plant builds and runs. Furthermore, the benefit of maintenance is not negligible or recessive and has been already reflected by a great deal of factors, such as total profits and losses of enterprise, security and adaptability of production, product quality, market competitiveness, environmental protection, etc. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a set of advanced support system for equipment maintenance, which can realize monitoring, analyzing of equipments condition accurately and reliably; complete programming and organizing on maintenance activities, preparing maintenance resources scientifically and rationally; supervise its engineering quality of project, improve working efficiency, reduce maintenance cost; predict, evaluate and optimize effect, expenses, direct or indirect economic benefits about maintenance effectively. It is not only a primary task in modernization equipment management, but also a realistic research subject which is electric power enterprises needs to solve urgently. Informationization is an effective approach to raise the level of equipment management in modern enterprise. In this dissertation, some problems are studied and researched which are about the equipment management, maintenance strategies and the informationization platform for equipment maintenance management used in thermal power plants. The dissertation summarizes the development and the status quo in the field of equipment management and maintenance systematically, learns the basic theory on maintenance and the management method on technology; generalizes the typical maintenance policies and their model optimization, discusses the maintenance policy models with coexisting kinds of maintenance means, emulates their performance throughout correlative parameters; introduces the application functions of quality management system for major & minor overhauling in power plants, the idiographic methods in the implement of sequential equipment condition inspections, and their operation flows; put forward the technology idea about document package digitization and information monitoring in the process of major & minor maintenance, establishes a procedure mechanism of equipment sequential inspection plans created and adjusted automatically following the sequential inspection standard strictly. Based on the intranet information platform, it develops digitization document package management and major & minor maintenance quality monitoring with B/S mode, and design two practical functions of equipment maintenance management in power plants such as the plan management on standardization inspections and the information support for the implement of sequential inspection. It makes the work of an enterprise carrying out ISO quality standard embedded in the application of an information management system skillfully, and establishes a good information foundation for realizing the maintenance decision-making support on CBM further. Advanced equipment management depends on the transition and development of maintenance concept to a great extent. The maintenance modes have been gradually changed into the accurate preventive maintenance based on equipment conditions from the break-down corrective maintenance and the preventive planned maintenance according to operating time. Maintenance activities have already become a system engineering considered and optimized from the total running goal of enterprise in many continuous process industries including power plant. The minor & major maintenance of power plant equipments plays an important part in preventative planned maintenance. The document package is a kit of standardized job guidance and documental quality management system used to standardize maintenance activity process. The maintenance system based on the sequential inspection which has been applied successfully in many industrial enterprises is a preventive maintenance mode according to equipment condition monitoring. Moreover, a great deal of qualitative or quantitative information on operating states of equipments, recorded by periodic sequential inspections, is not only one of the most important information sources to analyze the equipment condition and diagnose the trouble, but also the information basis for putting forward advanced condition maintenance system further. Fully utilizing the information technology means can bring about the scientific organization and high-efficient management of maintenance activities, keep equipments in good operating state furthest, strengthen and carry out ISO9001: 2000 quality management standard in order to ensure maintenance technics and quality up to demands; and it canimplement complicated theory calculation and analyses to excavate operation potentiality of equipments, pilot maintenance processes, raise efficiency and economy of maintenance. However, equipment management involves a wide range of knowledge, maintenance process is very complicated, and there are many information types and a great deal of data. Such problems cause the informationization of equipment management difficult to put in right place in one step. Besides, a lot of practical problem in application generalizing need to be solved progressively. This dissertation aims to develop and design a set of information system providing practical functions of maintenance management and maintenance decision-making support. It works at researching and discussing the informational management of power plant equipment, refers to the issues of organization behavior, maintenance policy, standardized quality management, specification requirement, cost-benefit, implementing efficiency, monitoring and gathering condition information, decision-making, planning, scheduling, etc. Beginning with several key problems especially, the dissertation chooses tow primary function realizations as the previous work, the document package application system and the information support system of sequential inspections. During the software system development, a friendly maintenance management information platform is successfully built with rational structure, good performance and well expansibility which would set a systematization foundation on development and application of the follow-up function. |
