At present, due to the energy shortage and severe environmental pollution problems, the community has a growing demand for environmentally friendly and fuel-efficient vehicles.LPG hybrid cars use LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas, LPG) as fuel, which has the advantage of low-carbon, clean and high calorific value. The rational allocation of the internal combustion engine and the motor hybrid system make a contribution to reduce fuel consumption and emissions. As for the control of the dual power source, if use the traditional method -point to point connection method, it not only increase the number and size of wiring harness, but also the vehicle weight and cost, what is more, it makes maintenance difficult, lower the system reliability and the vehicle power performance becomes worse, using the CAN network control can overcome the deficiencies of the point to point connection. CAN network control system has a network-induced delay issue, which will lead to the decrease of the vehicle power, economy, emissions. For this reason, the paper studied on LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle power network control technology.Paper studied the LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle network control theory based on LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle working and network control theory and analysed the causes of network delay and its impact factor, and proposed least squares recursive time delay compensation method .Taking a LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle as an object, the paper designed LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle CAN network control system, established the motors, engines and battery mathematical model of the LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle, designed the dynamic control system CAN network architecture based on the structure characteristics of power system and built a LPG engine power system, ISG motor and battery pack mathematical models, based on all these above, the paper made a simulation and analysis of the LPG engine straight powered CAN network-based control system and straight motor power CAN network control system respectively, using the coupled simulation of True Time toolbox, Cruise, GTpower and Simulink. So as to verify the impact of the network delay to the LPG engine and motor performance; and make the simulation on the stratified LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle CAN network control system, in order to verify the improving effect of the time delay compensation method to the CAN network power control system.Finally, in order to verify the impact of the delay to the LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle economic performance and emissions performance, the paper build a LPG gas hybrid electric vehicle CAN network control hardware in the loop experimental system, expert the system in the hardware in the loop experiments.
