With the title of"Structure Design and Optimization of Energy-Saving One-body Boiler Burner", the structure design technology and CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics) for energy-saving boiler burner are studied in the thesis, which has important academic value and practical significance in promoting the development in energy-saving burner study and Subject of Measuring and Controlling.Boiler Burner are summarized and systematically analyzed; meanwhile, the research situation of technology of boiler burner structure types, Energy-saving Boiler Burner, one-body Boiler Burner, that is closely associated with Energy-saving Boiler Burner, is discussed in the thesis. Theoretical analysis integrated with the numerical simulation, the overall architecture of Energy-saving Boiler Burner is modeled, characteristics, function requirements, fuel combustion theory requirements, burner structure design technology demand and numerical simulation need of which are discussed. Detailed analysis and design are made for function module of Energy-saving Boiler Burner, of which scheme design, technical route and structure diagram are put forward. Main work of this thesis include:①Combustion theory related to Boiler Burner structure design is analyzed. Air capacity need, gas volume , heat balance of fuel combustion is discussed.. Finally, theory problems of gas fuel and liquid fuel combustion are deeply analyzed.②Design scheme and technical route of Energy-Saving one-body Boiler Burner are put forward. Based on the two above, fuel combustion calculation of burner in this thesis is provided. At the same time, structure system framework of boiler burner is designed.③UG structure design technology is used to design structures of key parts and burner system, which meet the requirements given above. Key data and parts ,which corresponding with burners combustion are checked. It is also analyzed characteristics of overall Energy Saving one-body Boiler Burner system.④CFD technology is put into use to make numerical simulation of key components designed in this thesis. With simulation results, key component structures are optimized, and finally make optimization of Energy-saving one-body Boiler Burner system, to verify burner in this thesis has practical value.
