From the reality of 600MW Subcritical unit in Ninghai Power Plant, this paper analyzes the status and problems of the boiler burner and flue gas denitrification device in Ninghai power plant. In order to meet the requirements of the current environmental situation, this paper discusses the current DeNOx technology. In order to reduce the NOx emission concentration of the unit, we have adopted the transformation of low nitrogen burner. In this paper, the characteristics and principles of the equipment structure of low nitrogen burners are described by graphics and text, and the low NOx combustion technology is analyzed in detail. We have carried out a series of experiments on the transformation of low nitrogen burners, and recorded and sorted out the test data under different conditions, and analyze, summarize and constantly optimize the control logic, so that the boiler operation is more environmentally friendly and economical. According to the test results, we analyze and summarize the series operation guidance program, and guide the operation of the operation staff. In this paper, the NOx emissions of the unit before and after the transformation of the low nitrogen burner under typical operating conditions are listed. We analyze and compare the results of the transformation, and then examine the effectiveness of the transformation.
