Reserch On The AC Drive System Of Electric Lomotive

The advantage of AC drive system make the countries all over the world pay high attention to the research and provide people with a great convenience for people in the social production and life. No matter in performance, energy saving and so on, the AC drive system all show huge advantage. HXD3 electric locomotive will combine with AC drive technology and practical operation of electric locomotive need.Introducing foreign advanced technology, we design and manufacture it. In the works, it shows the superior performance.First, this paper introduces the advantages of AC drive locomotive communication and the domestic and foreign development of electric locomotive, and then in the Matlab/Simulink simulate PWM converter and asynchronous motor regulation characteristics. With the simulation results,AC drive technology of foundation was analyzed.At last we research the HXD3 electric locomotive of the general structure and the main transmission and auxiliary transmission system, focusing on the the traction converters control method. This paper is focusing on the designing of electric traction AC drive and studying the HXD3 electric locomotive of the main transmission system and auxiliary transmission system structure and control method.
