The Research Of Intelligent Substation Technology Program

In order to meet the needs of future economic and social development, protect the security, economic, efficient and sustainable supply of electricity, combined with new trends of power grid, domestic and foreign governments have carried out research on the intelligent grid.Intelligent Substation has "advanced, reliable, integrated, low-carbon, environmentally friendly" and other features. How to determine smart equipment configuration, system architecture, and implement promotion of new technology in intelligent substation. It is need for further research. This paper discusses the application of new technologies in Intelligent Substation and the typical design of the 500kV substation, the main job of the following areas:(1) With the present situation and development, carry out the application of the smart quipment and condition monitoring in intelligent substations. Electrical equipment with smart terminal and condition monitoring unit will be possible mod in 500kV intelligent substation.(2) Stability of ECVT needs long stage to be confirmed. Through primary and secondary application design of ECVT in the project, the paper proposed further pilot application of ECVT to obtain the actual operating experience.(3) Analysis of intelligent substation automation systems, network communications systems, integrated information platform and advanced applications, advantages and disadvantages of intelligent auxiliary control system, based on the standard IEC61850 substation proposed three-tier smart (station control level, bay level, process level) and two networks (Station control layer network, spacing layer network) frame structure, in the framework of the model to form a complete program of intelligent substation construction.(4) Bring on the construction of intelligent substation analysis of technical factors, in this based on the economic benefits discussed.
