Research On Intelligent Substation Primary Equipment And Equipment On-line Monitoring

As the rapid development of the smart grid,the constructions of the intelligent substations are increasingly accelerated.As a key technology to support the intelligent substations,intelligent primary electrical equipment and the technology of the condition monitoring to the primary/secondary electrical equipment are being widely concentrated and researched.According to the current level of the intelligent primary electrical equipment and the technology of the condition monitoring,in order to fully reflect the main demand of the State Grid-“Centralized Management” and“Unattended Substation”,how to formulate a scheme of the intelligent primary electrical equipment and the technology of the condition monitoring is particularly important.Based on the demand for the function of the unattended substation and the implement condition-based maintenance,taking the example of a 220 k V substation construction,summarizing the operating conditions of the intelligent primary electrical equipment and the technology of the condition monitoring in the intelligent substation pilot projects of the State Grid,according to the comparison and selection of the schemes,the article points out the scheme of the intelligent primary electrical equipment,determines the measurement parameters and the measurement method of the intelligent primary electrical equipment,researches the optimized and integrated design of the condition monitoring system for the intelligent primary electrical equipment,and also helps to reduce the overall investment.Meanwhile deploying the condition-monitoring system for the intelligent secondary electrical equipment and researching the method for the secondary circuit condition monitoring can ensure the reliable operation of the secondary electrical system of the whole substation,and will be a valuable reference to the designs for the intelligent primary electrical equipment and the whole-substation condition monitoring in other intelligent substations.
