Five-Prevention system, also called the grid's safety interlock system, guarantees safe of electric power operation. Nowadays there are 3 classes of anti-misoperation, mechanical anti mislock device, electric anti mislock device and microcomputer anti mislock device, in the domestic Five-Prevention. After IEC61850 standard asserts that substation system contains substation level, bay level and process level, the traditional Five-Prevention cannot satisfy the function requirement. This thesis focuses on the present situation of Five-Prevention and researches some aspects as following:Firstly, this thesis researches the basic principle and the state of Five-Prevention. And the Five-Prevention system based on IEC61850 standard is designed. After researching the requirement of the equipment on process level, a complete process level's equipment that can acquire data, supervise online and control is designed and realized. Design the adaptive hardware architecture which is required by Five-Prevention, and makes Five Prevention more reliable and safer.After researching the requirement of communication and hardware character on process level, this thesis designs and realizes the MODBUS protocol method based on RS485 bus, which according to IEC61850 standard. The MODBUS protocol method is responsible for data exchanging with bay level control unit based on serial link. This thesis improve the method, and realize long-distance transmission and anti-crosstalk.Finally, this thesis researches the influences of electric quality on electric system and analyses data from analog module. The harmonic wave analyzing method based on fast Fourier transform and MUSIC algorithm is designed. After simulated experiment, the method realize electric quality detection on process level.This thesis proposes the pinboard process device architecture, make the communication network robustness and anti-crosstalk ability more strong.
