With the rapid development of marketization and informatization,in order to maintain their own competitiveness,enterprises adopt advanced information technology and management technology to change the internal production mode and management mode of the enterprise.MES is the production management system of the executive layer of the enterprise.Its development is an important part of the realization of informatization in the manufacturing enterprise.This article takes the oil pump assembly line as the research object to how to apply error prevention technology to the MES to realize the avoidance and prevention of human errors and improve production efficiency,make the following research.First,through the analysis of the operation process of the oil pump assembly line,the problems existing in the assembly line and the enterprise’s error prevention requirements are summarized.To solve the problems and realize the needs,Combined with the enterprise’s existing information system and introduced wireless IO controller,RFID reader to design the error-proof overall scheme and introduced the business process after the scheme design.Next,research and implement the key technologies for error prevention.Among them,through WCF duplex communication technology and RFID data collection technology,Make the MES system and RFID reader real-time data transmission,automatic data collection,realize assembly error-proof,improve work efficiency;using wireless IO controller,through WCF duplex communication technology and polling technology,using Modbus/TCP communication protocol,established the connection and communication between the conveyor belt button,MES system and conveyor belt PLC and obtained the key process data through the integration technology between the systems,which not only avoids the error of releasing the uncollected data of the oil pump,but also ensures the efficient production of the assembly line and realizes the chain error prevention;analyzing the error prevention strategy of material distribution during the operation of the oil pump assembly line,the problems of wrong picking and missing picking are solved.In addition,it handles the abnormal conditions during the operation of the system to improve the overall availability of the system.Finally,through the establishment of development environment,architecture design and secondary development tools to design and develop the key MES in the error prevention program,the overall functional module was established and modules such as resource management,task management,assembly management,and quality traceability were realized.The system has been put into operation,achieving the expected error prevention effect.
