This paper firstly lists the analytical solution of the water head and total yield of the tunnel when ground water exits with sorting out the classical theory, then compares and analyses the analytical solutions and the numerical solutions. Finally this paper analyzes the inflluence of pore pressure of tunnel lining around the ground water with numerical simulation method. The main work and conclusion of this paper is the following:(1) This paper lists the analytical solution of the water head h(x,y) respectively in the tunnel lining and the rock with the conditions of equal water head and equal pressure. This paper also lists the total yield Q of the tunnel in the condition of equal water head.(2) When the tunnel boundary condition is equal water head and equal water pressure, the paper calculates the water head of the tunnel and the rock mass respectively with analytical method and numerical method. We can found that by comparing the two solutions:with the distance close to the tunnel edge, the two solutions are nearly the same; In the far distance of the edge of the tunnel, the numerical solution and analytical solution tends to a fixed value. When the tunnel boundary condition is equal water head, the paper calculates the total yield of the tunnel with analytical solution and numerical solution respectively, and we can found that with the increase of the water head the relative difference of the two solutions reduce gradually.(3) After we analysed the effect of ground water to the lining of tunnel by numerical simulation method, we found that when the lining was done the water pressure of the left side of lining increases and the right side of the lining reduces and the up and down of the lining remains unchanged.
