| For studying the law of pore water pressure response and influencing factors of asphalt mixture,this paper on the basis of previous studies on half open graded rubber asphalt mixture for related test,first of all set of proportion of porous rubber particles in asphalt mixture and molding process made some improvements,then road of rubber particles in asphalt mixture is verified,Finally,the pore water pressure response of rubber granule asphalt mixture was measured and its macroscopic and microscopic characteristics were analyzed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Design and molding process of rubber granular asphalt mixtureThe asphalt mixture with rubber particles with voidage of 9%,11%and 13%was designed by CAVF method.Then,the rubber particles with particle size below 2.36mm were used to replace part of the fine aggregate by equal volume mixing method.The replacement percentages were as follows:0%,3%,6%,9%,12%,in the order of placing,heating temperature,mixing temperature and other latest molding technology to make Marshall specimens.(2)Study on road performance of rubber granular asphalt mixtureThrough experimental research and analysis of asphalt mixture under different rubber particle content,low temperature crack resistance,high temperature stability,water stability and other road performance of the change rule,and given the rubber particle content of each road performance of the recommended value.(3)Study on the variation characteristics of pore water pressure of ru bber granule asphalt mixtureThe control variable method was used to study the influence of the size of voidage,the size of loading force and the amount of rubber particles on the bottom water pressure response of rubber particles asphalt mixture,and to analyze the change rule of the bottom water pressure value under different influence factors.(4)Study on the influence of intermittent dynamic water scouring on pore water pressure of mixtureThe intermittent dynamic water scour device was used to simulate the driving situation of road surface,and the influence of dynamic water scour times and dynamic water pressure on the permeability coefficient and pore water pressure response was studied.Finally,the pore water pressure response was further studied and analyzed from a meso perspective by CT scan.In short,the study of rubber granular asphalt mixture and its response to pore water pressure in this paper provides a reference for the recycling of rubber in asphalt pavement materials and the prevention of water damage on asphalt pavement,which has certain theoretical and practical significance and engineering application value. |
