The power transformer as one of the most important power system transmission and distribution equipment for operational status and fault conditions should be accurately monitored, and promptly take appropriate measures for improving power system security, reliability and economy has important significance. Traditional artificial periodic inspection time and effort, real-time online monitoring of power transformer technologies to overcome the limitations of traditional monitoring methods, real-time safety performance significantly improved, enabling the transformer to maintain standards to reach a new stage.In the running of electrical equipment, transformer failure occur, the potential failure is mainly divided into two categories of overheating and discharge, which overheating failure to account for a large proportion.The topics for the working environment of the power transformer, designed by wireless sensor network technology. The system uses ZigBee wireless communication technology to achieve high voltage isolation, and combine the good characteristics of the wireless sensor network design based on the MSP430F149 and OMAP-L138 temperature sub-nodes and the sink node, a temperature sensor node is responsible for collecting field data, and then upload the data to the sink node, so as to improve the communication distance and reduce the risk of a single point of failure caused by network downtime. Nodes cover a wide range, and the Department in the harsh conditions of the environment, its low-power design ensures that the nodes can efficiently long-term data collected, thus eliminating the need for tedious manual maintenance, lower monitoring costs.ARM-ofμCLinux platform the SQlite database is transplanted as an embedded operating systemμCLinux, and then design and development of Embedded Web Gateway as the Internet and Zigbee data communication platform, data communication through the gateway and control center, monitoring end computer data storage and process analysis, monitoring and early warning functions can be realized in the remote browser.Design is complete, the system test simulation and experimental results to analyze and verify the feasibility and practical value.
