Building heating cooling power and greenhouse cogeneration system is based on BCHP system. The system can accomplish the cooling, heating and power load at the same time by making use of both the electrical and "waste" heat output created by generator when power is generated. Its primary energy ration and safety is much better than the conventional energy supply mode. It is in favor of environment protection.The article begin with the most basic form of BCHP system, build up the system's thermodynamics model, and has carried on the system's feasibility analysis from the first law of thermodynamics, draw the system's energy saving condition and economic condition under the changes of all the equipment characteristic parameters. The system's exergy analysis is based on the second law of thermodynamics, analysis results show that the exergy efficiency of co-generation supply system is better to the traditional supply system.The load dynamic simulation software-DEST is used to simulate the cooling and heating load of the building, after that, built a model of the building's cogeneration system, and analysis the co-generation system's configuration, choosing appropriate power generator and absorption chiller to make sure the system's investment recovery period is the shortest. According to the parameters supplied by gas turbine manufacturers, fitting out the gas turbine's part-load performance functions using Matlab. Established the computer design and simulate model of LiBr absorption refrigerator and absorption heat pump. The Minimization of run cost as objective function, the equipment performance characteristics and energy balance as the constraint condition, to compare and analysis of the two operation modes:the optimal operation and the power prior to heat.Introduced the used situation of plants to products of natural gas combustion, analysised the feasibility of the combination of BCHP system and greenhouse. According to the situation of plants to products of natural gas combustion and the effortion of CO2 concentration on plant growth, the feasibility of the combination of BCHP system and greenhouse and the relation between the power generated by gas turbine and greenhouse area is studied.
