The large caliber artillery with ammunition automatic loading system is an inevitable requirement in modern information battlefield. Taking some artillery ammunition automatic loading system of the chain back warehouse as the research object in this paper, contrapose the existing roller chain of charge push and chain magazine in more energy consumption, the impact of a large engagement,unsteady running characteristics and lose bombs don't reach the designated position characteristics, improving the sprocket structure and control system to achieve lower energy consumption and promote position accuracy.Take the Principle of the roller chain rotary warehouse, and analyzed the relationship of existing roller chain mesh. Proposed two improvement plan, the first plan is that loading assistant mechanism in the existing sprocket not changing the structure, to reduce the meshing velocity and impact force. The second plan is that changing the existing sprocket structure directing at the existing sprocket profile be sensitive to chain pitch, then using three circular arc a line segment to solve this fault. By the means of ADAMS, the result of simulation indicate the two improving plan all get good result, especially the second plan promoting the stability for the most part.To promote the better work efficiency of the existing chain back warehouse, propose the fuzzy self adaptive PID to overcome the fixed parameter fault of conventional PID. Using the intelligent characteristics of fuzzy control, to adjust the PID parameter. Then by means of Simulink to check this controller, firstly take the approximate mathematical mode as the controlled member to simulink it, then used cosimulation by ADAMS and Simulink to check this new controller. The above simulation result indicate that the fuzzy adaptive PID is more accurate and more stable.
