The ammunition automatic loading system of large caliber canon is an important part to improve the speed of fire of gun. The realization of combat target depends on its work state directly. This paper has carried out a storage test device to test the process state parameters in the process of loading and the correlation between running state and detection signal aiming at the characteristics of state parameters in the process of system running.The physical models of magazine, coordinator and ramming mechanism, which have high fault rate, are established respectively based on ADAMS aiming at the running characteristics of the three subsystems. The change of state parameters of projectile when the system is running is simulated and analyzed. The storage and test approach based on triaxial acceleration is determined to monitor the stationary performance of projectile in the running of system.The corresponding acceleration sensors are chosen according to the rage and frequency of acceleration awaiting measurement in different directions. The three-channel constant current source module based on LM317, signal processing module based on OP07CS8, main control module based on STM32F103RC8T6, A/D conversion module, storage module based on FM25V20, communication module based on USB virtual serial port have been designed. The programs of acquisition, storage and communication of lower computer based on C language are designed which realize the function of acquisition, A/D conversion and storage of data and the communication of host computer. The man-machine interface and the smoothing processing, analysis and storage program of data are designed based on LabVIEW which realized the back-read processing and displaying of the acceleration signals. The structure of storage test device according to the requirements of installation and protection of test device is designed.The performance of signal conditioning module, data acquisition and storage module of storage test device is tested and verified by the approach of comprising with existing product. Besides, the continuous operation state of storage test device is detected and analyzed. The monitor performance of the state of clamping stagnation and not fluency in the process of pushing projectile of storage test device is verified through the simulation test.The magazine substantial vehicle test shows that the acceleration storage test device can monitor the shock vibration signal in the process of elastic chain rotating. There is periodic low-frequency in the projectile when elastic chain rotating and the closer projectile and drive sprocket is, the bigger the shock vibration is. The low-frequency of projectile when magazine is half-gauge loading mostly focuses on 10-20Hz and the vibration signal of projectile when full-gauge loading focuses on 5~15Hz.
