High frequency switching power supply has became the most popular power supply used in modern communication system due to small size, light weight, high efficiency, and high power factor etc. The stability of communication system depends on the performance of high frequency switching power supply, therefore, implementation of it with small area, high efficiency and high reliability has been a hotspot in the field of communication power supply.This paper, which based on a communication switching power supply project, aims at improving product performance, reducing volume, achieving high efficiency, lower cost and simplify process, as well as providing conditions for further improvement of these.This paper presents a communication switching power supply used ZVS PWM technology. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various circuits of communication power supply, we implement the power section, which including the first stage and the second stage, using three phase APFC, PS-FB-ZVS-PWM and Synchronous Rectifier respectively. In the realization of control section, we used automatic current-sharing technology based on op amp and telemetering, remote signalling and remote control systems based on digital chips. In this paper, we explored the implementation of switching power supply using ZVS PWM, three phase APFC and Synchronous Rectification. Meanwhile, we also design and realize a 48V/100A communication switching power supply. The measurement results imply that the performance of switching power supply meet exactly with our design goal.
