For some of promote areas in China northwest and some islands in China southeast that are not easy to make use of electricity yet, and for the situation of hybrid power of wind and solar energy in local. It is proposed that we should fix a micro-grid power generation system that consists of wind power generator, solar power generator, diesel generator, and battery power. This paper apply to the advanced power electronic technology,research and use the high efficient wind and solar,power conversion circuits and the advanced controlling technology will be applied to the power generation system of the wind-solar-diesel-battery distributed micro-grid,control the stability of micro-grid system and maintain the power balance of micro-grid sysyem,solve the problem that are not easy to use electricity in those promote areas.The paper is in the background of 1.1MW wind-solar-diesel-battery distributed micro-grid power generation system project in dongao island with zhuhai sinyes solar industrial. At first, the paper introduced the significance,background and status,characteristics and development advantages of distributed micro-grid, and introduced two kind of typical structural and controlling principles of wind-solar-diesel-battery micro-grid power generation. And compared their advantages and disadvantages, based on the requirement of the project, the paper designed a kind of structure of wind-solar-diesel-battery distributed microgrid and illustrte its features and advantages.In the following, this paper describes the principle and control ways of wind generator PWM converter circuits, researchs the DC chopper and grid inverter of solar cells and the access mode of diesel generator, and bi-directional inverter and its principles.The paper researchs the dynamic characteristics of wind generator, the principle and modeling and simulation of solar cells, the operating principle of the diesel engine and the principle and modeling and simulation of battery. And we can get the above simulation curve and simulation waveform by Simulink tool.At last, The paper proposed the controlling strategy of wind-solar-diesel-battery distributed microgrid power generation system,including the control ways of each modules,some of functions of micro-grid system,voltage control of bi-directional inverter in AC side and energy scheduling and management of wind-solar-diesel-battery distributed microgrid.
