"Promote the safe production and full consumption of energy,and build a clean energy,high-quality and efficient energy system",provides the following for the development of green,clean and renewable energy in China.Accelerating the transformation and development of China's energy structure from high-emission power generation to green power generation is an inevitable requirement for comprehensive participation in global energy governance.This article gives an overall introduction to the development of wind and solar energy in Yunnan Province,and analyzes the current generation control problems and grid dispatch management difficulties in western Yunnan,where wind and solar energy is abundant.According to the policy requirements of fully absorbing new energy power generation,the benefit needs of power generation companies and the goal of lean management of power grid dispatching,the necessity of carrying out research and application of power generation control in wind power station enrichment regional power system is discussed.In-depth analysis and research on the power generation output characteristics of wind and light new energy station and the power generation control requirements of grid-side dispatching platform were put forward,and a power generation control strategy suitable for wind and power station enrichment regional power system was proposed.The test and verification of power generation control strategies for multiple wind farms and photovoltaic power stations in the western Yunnan area have optimized and perfected the control strategies,provided guidance for the later development of relevant work,and ensured the fair and equitable distribution of power generation control among new energy farms.To maximize the consumption of new energy.The research and application of power generation control strategy for the power system in the enrichment area of wind power station is beneficial to realize the goal of safe,stable,economic,reliable and green power supply.
