| Modern automotive technology is the microcosm of the development of human technology and civilization. With the rapid development of automotive electronic technology,the technology of automotive electronics has made a remarkable development. However, the domestic research begins very late, and the gap between the domestic and foreign countries is very large. Consequently, many technology gaps are to be filled. The author carries out the research on the force of the technology of anti-pinch algorithm and system for electrical window in the context of the development.There are three traditional algorithms which are direct pinch power calculation and judgment based on motor current and hall sensor impulses, direct inspection and indirect position judgment based on ripple current and acceleration and speed inspection based on hall impulses. Then direct pinch power calculation and judgment based on motor current cannot adapt different door glasses very well, so the changing rate of the width of the impulses are very big and not easy to control, and this will cause false anti-pinch; The most difficult point with the solution of direct inspection and indirect position judgment based on ripple current is that the disturbance occurred in ripple current inspection is very difficult to filter, and this disturbance will accelerate as time going, which will influence the reliability of the whole anti-pinch function; The solution of the acceleration and speed inspection based on hall impulses is very much interfered by the electromagnetic and its portability is not good enough to adapt different door glasses.Compared with three traditional solutions, the author present a better solution which is anti-pinch window lifter solution based on double hall sensors. One of the sensors records the number of the impulses from the starting of the glass lifting to the end of the window. These impulses are used to calculate the section of the whole window and provide further control of the window glass; the other hall sensor inspect the speed of the running window lifter, when pinch action happens, MCU will judge the pinching through hall speed and react immediately. This solution can provide higher resistance and it will not be interfered by ripple current. And also false anti-pinch action will rarely happen thanks to the high reliability and accuracy. In this paper, the author gives a summary on the development on the controlling technology of anti-pinch system for electrical window. In addition the author also gives the parameter of calculation and the model of the window lift system.Under the context of the overall controlling optimization of the automotive electronic, anti-pinch system for electrical window will be more secure and reliable,and the anti-pinch technology on electrical window will develop much more rapidly. The research of this paper is a trial of the anti-pinch technology for electrical window. It is expected that the world and results will do some help for the research in relevant field. |
