In the high-rise buildings, the shear-wall structure has become an effective structural system to resist lateral force, especially for construction in strong earthquake district. Set the shear wall can greatly improve the seismic behavior. Therefore, shear wall are widely used in a variety of architectural forms. But with the architectural forms is becoming more and more diversified, people put forward higher requirements for the building space and building function. The change of the building function, often requires local position openings in the floor. Flat panel floor due to the need of the stairs, elevators, tube wells and pipelines, are often the floor open holes. As an important stressed member and connecting components, when the floor slab partial opening make the load path was hampered. So it is necessary to combined with the hole size and hole location, analysis the seismic behavior of shear wall in frame-shear wall structural systems.This paper studies a layer of frame-shear wall structure, calculata and analysis the structure under static loads and modal response spectrum by ETABS. Then create a high-level structure of the model, it with a layer of structure to be compared and analyzed in the same open-hole case. This paper studies the structure of the mode of vibration, period, period ratio, shear wall shear, the maximum displacement of shear wall, shear wall stress and floor slab stress. The results show that floor openings larger the area, the smaller the shear walls bear the shear; in the case of open hole the same size, floor corner next to the shear wall with opening holes favorable than the floor central. In the open hole area and the location of the open holes under the same conditions, when the rate of openings small, floor open square hole on the most beneficial to the short side of the hole next to the shear wall, followed by the long edge of the hole next to the shear wall worst. When open hole rates is bigger, the greater the side length of the hole close to the shear walls and shear walls bea7the seismic shear the small.Through the floor in a different hole size, the position of opening the case, the seismic performance of the study of shear walls, and put forward some reasonable proposals. This can play a guiding role for engineering practice.In the end, the summary of the research of this task is written. On the basis of the summary of the research on it, the article indicates the existing shortcomings of the study, and gives several suggestions on the future research.
